Description:
Starr Commonwealth, located in Van Wert, Ohio seeks candidates to work as part of a treatment team with in a therapeutic residential settings.  Applicants must possess a strong value system, courage in the face of resistance and exceptional problem solving skills.

Responsibilities Include:
Working closely with treatment team in constructing and maintaining treatment plans for individual youth and for the group, assist in organizing and supervising work assignments and group activities, and teach basic living skills. Ability to implement necessary physical restraint of acting-out youth.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, and Sociology or related fields. $11.25 an hour with BA/BS degree or $10.42 an hour with HS diploma or GED. Health benefits after 90 day waiting period. The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, and criminal history background checks.
