  • Appropriate step-down placement for youth transitioning from residential or foster care
  • Semi-independent living
  • 4-6 month program
  • Intensive life skills training
  • Preparation for independence for youth not yet ready for apartment living
  • Individual & group therapy
  • Social, educational and vocational development
  • Psychiatric support
  • Medication monitoring
  • Staff and supervised 24/7
  • Possible step-down to MyPlace
  • 8-10 bed unit
