Case Consultation

TLC offers case consultation and supervision, designed for a onetime only consultation regarding a client case. These consultations can be conducted via telephone or videoconference, if you have access to a webcam. Why Case Consultation is Important

Case consultation gives you the opportunity to further help the children in your care by getting advice from a TLC-certified professional and/or trauma informed assessment and practice. TLC will provide guidance via phone, email and/or Skype.

How Case Consultation Works

By using the telephone or videoconference, you will have access to our certified professionals. They will give you advice on how to apply your TLC knowledge to a specific case or for day-to-day implementation of all trauma intervention programs.

Case Supervision vs. Case Consultation

While consultation is a onetime conversation, supervision allows you to receive one-on-one attention for ongoing (3 or more times) discussions with TLC faculty. Supervision includes weekly or monthly phone and/or Skype meetings to discuss pertinent issues about cases related to traumatized children and families.
