Starr Commonwealth, a private referral and residential school, seeks an energetic individual to provide group treatment for a culturally diverse adolescent male population.
Responsibilities include conducting group/individual counseling, developing treatment plans, conducting family meetings, coordinating other client needs and providing leadership for treatment team. Applicant must possess strong leadership skills, motivation and courage.
Master's degree in Social Work or related field and experience working with youth required. Must be able to engage in a variety of physical activities and have ability to intervene/perform physical behavior management techniques. Health benefits after 90 day waiting period. The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks.
