Community based treatment program for adjudicated adolescent males seeks Relapse Prevention Specialist for Sexually Reactive Youth program at our Detroit site.
Problem identification and working with families of children who have been placed in residential care and are returning to the community. Work with referring agencies in service coordination and assist in community reintegration, relapse prevention and group treatment.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work or related field and experience working with youth preferred. Must be able to engage in a variety of physical activities and have ability to intervene and perform physical behavior management techniques. The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks. Health benefits package after 90-day waiting period.
