Starr Commonwealth is seeking candidates to work full-time with at-risk adolescents in the Montcalm School for Girls program. The Montcalm School is a not-for-profit private referral, residential program of Starr Commonwealth.
The successful candidate will assist in implementing plans to attain appropriate treatment, educational, career and developmental goals for each youth. Other duties include transporting students and supporting treatment team staff in daily activities. The applicant must have sincere desire to work with at-risk youth.
High School degree or GED required. Excellent work environment, opportunity for advancement and health benefits after 90 days. The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks.
