Residential treatment facility for adolescent youth seeks a Medical Clinic Assistant for its Albion campus.
Responsibilities include administering emergency medical care to students. Assess if doctor's care or other professional treatment is needed. Assist and coordinate medication administration program. Provide switchboard coverage. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
EMT/EMS license or Medical Assistant certification with 2-4 years experience in a medical setting. Basic computer and data entry skills are required. Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing. Starting hourly wage is $12.23 - 13.20 per hour depending on education and experience. Full benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pension eligibility, long-term disability, generous leave package and prescription insurance after a ninety day waiting period. The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks.
