($5,000 signing bonus for completed CWI training - this is a non-binding offer; potential candidates will be required to sign an Incentive Agreement and supply proof of completed CWTI training)
Starr Commonwealth is a nationally recognized not for profit organization that provides a continuum of programs for at risk children and families.
Starr Commonwealth seeks energetic, strength-based candidates to work as part of a treatment team with culturally diverse foster care families in creating a therapeutic environment for youth. Responsibilities include recruitment of foster parents, arranging appropriate educational services, providing ongoing foster parent training, and arranging other necessary and/or pertinent services.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or related field; CWI training and experience working with youth preferred. Health benefits after a 90 day waiting period. The successful applicant must pass a drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks.
