Description:
Residential treatment program for adjudicated adolescent males located in Albion, MI seeks Family Services Counselor.  Masters degree in Social Work or related field preferred.  Bachelor's degree in related field and two years experience working with at-risk youth required.

Responsibilities Include:
Essential functions include: Problem identification and counseling of families of children in residential placement, work with referring agencies in service coordination, assist in community reintegration, relapse prevention and residential group treatment responsibilities.  Work schedule is Sunday through Thursday.  Travel 2-3 days a week required.

Requirements:
Starting salary is $29,561 w/Bachelor's degree or $33,061 w/Master's degree.  Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pension eligibility, long-term disability, generous leave package and prescription insurance after a ninety day waiting period.  The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks.
