               $29,490 - $30,875 w/Bachelor's

Description:
To work with families in crisis with the goal to prevent out-of-home placement.  Teach problem solving skills and provide intensive on-site interventions and effect positive changes in attitudes, values and behavior.

Responsibilities Include:
Participate in screening and intake assignment process of clients.  Coordination of services and resource referrals, conduct individual and family counseling sessions in addition to family meetings.  Good written and oral communication skills.  Ability to implement necessary physical restraint of acting-out youth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.  Licensed Social worker in the State of Ohio minimum.  Experience in counseling children and families a plus.  Residency in Franklin County if possible.  The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, and criminal history background checks.
