Starr Albion

Starr Commonwealth's Albion, Michigan, location is the organization's main Campus.  Starr's administrative offices including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Development are all centered here.  Having grown from 40 acres and a barn to 350 acres with residential units as well as a recreation center, chapel and museum, the Albion campus provides residential services to an average of 200 students a day.

The physical grounds of the Albion campus embody Floyd Starr's tenet that if you give children a place of beauty in which to live, they will want to extend that to their behavior and attitude.  With the help of renowned Michigan landscape architects T. Glenn Phillips and Genevieve Gillette, the Albion campus is home to many beautiful specimens of trees, flowering shrubs and outdoor sculpture, as well as a 42 acre lake which is used for boating and fishing activities. 

Starr Albion is nestled between Marshall and Albion, Michigan, just one quarter mile off exit 119 on I-94 East.
